These terms govern your use of the Raw MD Health website and services. By using the site, filling out our forms or booking a consultation, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are and who can use the service
Raw MD Health is operated by Andreoni Therapeutics LLC. Medical services are provided by independent Florida-licensed physicians. You must be 18 or older and physically located in Florida during every call, and your medication must ship to a Florida address.
Not for emergencies
Raw MD Health is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use our site, forms or phone line to ask for emergency help.
Telehealth and no guarantee
Care is provided by phone or video. Our doctors cannot examine you in person. Completing the intake and paying the consultation fee does not guarantee a prescription or any result. Your doctor decides after talking with you, and may decline treatment or ask you to see someone in person. A doctor-patient relationship begins only when a doctor agrees to treat you.
Your information
You agree to give complete and accurate information, including your medical history and medications, and to tell us about changes. Our doctors rely on what you tell them. Giving false information can make treatment unsafe, and we may end care.
Fees and payment
- The consultation fee is $50, paid when you book your call after finishing the intake.
- The fee covers your initial consultation and your next two refill reviews. After that, a follow-up consultation is $50 every 3 months.
- The consultation fee pays for your doctor's time and is not refunded, including if you are not approved. If you are not approved, you owe nothing more.
- You pay for medication only after approval, by a secure invoice. Prices are shown on the site and on your invoice.
- Payments are processed by a third-party processor. Medication is made to order for you, so we cannot take back or refund medication once it has shipped. If your medication arrives damaged, warm or wrong, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with the pharmacy to replace it.
Medication
Our medications are made for you by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy on a doctor's prescription. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not evaluated their safety, effectiveness or quality. You may fill a prescription at any licensed pharmacy that can prepare it. Use medication as directed and read the consent information we give you. Store it as instructed, check your package when it arrives, and contact us right away if it is damaged or warm.
Messages and calls
You agree we may call, email or text you about your care, appointments, orders and billing. Marketing texts need your separate agreement, and you can opt out at any time. We do not record calls unless we tell you first.
Website use
Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, copy it, or use it to harm others. The content, logos and design belong to us or our licensors. The information on the site is educational and is not medical advice for your situation.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," AND RAW MD HEALTH IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Florida law for medical negligence, or any right that cannot be waived.
Resolving disputes
Please contact us first at support@rawmdhealth.com so we can try to solve the problem. If we cannot, any dispute between you and Raw MD Health or its doctors will be decided by a neutral arbitrator in Broward County, Florida, not by a judge or jury, and you agree not to join a class action. This does not stop you from filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Health or the Board of Medicine, or from using small claims court. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of agreeing by emailing support@rawmdhealth.com. This section matches the arbitration agreement in your consent form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies when you use the site.
