Talk with our doctor
After you submit your health assessment, you pick a time for your consultation and pay a one-time $50 consultation fee. Your next two refill reviews are free. One of our doctors then calls you. During the call, the doctor reviews your information, discusses your goals, and determines which treatment options may be appropriate.
A few things to keep in mind
- Approval is never guaranteed. Treatment is prescribed only if it is safe and right for you.
- We are a remote practice and cannot provide emergency care. In an emergency, call 911.

Start treatment if it is right for you
If treatment is approved, you receive a secure invoice for your medication and pay only then. If you are not approved, you owe nothing further for medication. The $50 consultation fee pays for your doctor's time and is not refunded. No membership and no auto-renew.

Medication ships, and we check in
Your medication is prepared by a licensed Florida compounding pharmacy and ships to you about every 4 weeks. Follow-ups adjust your dose and answer your questions. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and our doctor will explain your options.
