What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, mobile phone, address, date of birth, emergency contact.
- Identity: a photo of a government-issued ID.
- Health information: your answers on the intake form, height, weight, medical history, medications, allergies, labs you upload, and notes from your calls.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: device, browser, pages visited and approximate location from cookies and similar tools.
- Messages: emails, texts and call notes between you and us.
How we use it
- To decide whether treatment is appropriate, and to provide care.
- To send prescriptions to the pharmacy, process payments and ship your medication.
- To schedule calls, send reminders, and answer your questions.
- To keep records as the law requires, protect against fraud, and keep our services secure.
- To improve our website and services, using de-identified or aggregate information where we can.
- To send you offers and tips, only if you agree.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, and we require vendors that handle your health information to sign a HIPAA business associate agreement.
- Our doctors and clinical staff who care for you.
- The licensed pharmacy that prepares and ships your prescription.
- Service providers such as our intake and form platform, scheduling, payment processing (Square), email and text messaging, secure hosting and customer support.
- Your other doctor, if you ask us to send a visit summary.
- Authorities and others when the law requires, such as a court order or a report to the Florida Department of Health or Board of Medicine, or to protect someone from serious harm.
- A buyer, if the business is sold, under the same privacy protections.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your health information for advertising. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Text messages and email
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about appointments, orders, billing and your care. If you agreed to marketing texts, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Email and text are not fully secure, so we keep them short and avoid sensitive details. You can ask us to contact you another way.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work. We do not use health information from your intake for advertising or tracking.
How long we keep it
We keep medical records for at least as long as Florida law requires, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or the law requires.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, access controls and HIPAA-compliant vendors. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- See or get a copy of your records, ask for corrections, and ask for a list of certain disclosures. See our Notice of Privacy Practices.
- Ask us to limit marketing messages at any time.
- Ask us to delete website data that is not part of your medical record. We must keep medical records for the period the law requires.

Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
