Vial sizes

How long does each vial last

Semaglutide comes in a standard 2.5 mg/mL vial and a double-strength 5 mg/mL vial. Your price above includes the vial that fits your dose. Pick a vial strength and size to see how many weekly doses it holds. Your doctor chooses your dose and the pharmacy sends the vial that fits it.

DosePer weekDoses in vial1 mL vial lasts

0.5 mg0.2 mL55 weeks ✓
1 mg0.4 mL22 weeks
1.7 mg0.68 mL11 week
2.4 mg0.96 mL11 week

✓ Covers a 4-week supply.

Each row shows whole weekly doses. Use each vial within 28 days of the first puncture, or by the date on the label, whichever comes first, so doses beyond four in a larger vial are not used. Vial strengths and sizes can vary by pharmacy, and the amounts shown assume the strength listed. This is general education, not a prescription. Your doctor sets your dose. Need a longer supply? Ask your doctor.

Safety first
